Hello Spring!

   So it's official, spring is finally here! Yes, spring. That time of the year when the birds come out to sing, the sun starts to make his way through the slightly clouded sky and the flowers, the beautiful vibrant flowers, bloom from the trees and fields... Boy, don't i love Spring!

Summer Body

   So Summer is coming up and this year i'm determined to look my best. And with that i mean losing weight. Just thinking about it i get tired! I'm kidding....
   This Winter was just a disaster in terms of health. I probably gained 10 pounds! I know, it's bad... I look at the magazines and see the movies and series and women don't look like me. They look thin, except maybe in "Keeping up with the Kardashians" ;) . I'm not saying that thin is beautiful. More important than being thin is being healthy. Gorgeous women are the ones that don't starve them selves, the ones that have curves, the ones that are healthy. Unfortunately, i don't feel like that anymore :(
   But enough with the whining! It's time to be fit again. No excuses. From now on, i'm gonna train like a beast to look like a beauty!

My Workout Plan
-do pilates everyday
-do cardio everyday for at least 30 minutes
-do a strength workout
-do tone up exercises

My Healthy (not diet!) Plan
-have a high protein breakfast
-include vegetables or salad in lunch and dinner
-dine soup from time to time
-eat lots of fruits
-and, of course, the basics (don't eat /drink high sugar foods or drinks, cut on the salt, cut on carbs...)


So then i can look like this...
